SINCE PURCHASING THE SITE, The Refinery LLC has had many meetings with neighborhood and community groups to hear their concerns and solicit feedback on the proposed development. It has also been meeting with representatives of various City agencies in an effort to be responsive to their concerns. We look forward to a continued relationship with the residents of Williamsburg, elected officials, and community representatives in a full and open community participation process.
As part of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) process, the Refinery has prepared this Scoping Document to provide the public with an overview of the planned development and its impacts that will be studied in the EIS. The Draft Scoping Document for the New Domino was published on June 29, 2007 and a public hearing to receive public comments will be held on July 31st from 2:00-5:00pm and from 6:00-8:45.
